Review of East Side Story

Tensions between the closet and being out arise in a Latino family and neighborhood along with romantic fireworks in this slickly produced, although rather unexceptional, film.  It goes well with cotton candy and has about the same impact.  In other words it's kind of fun, but there is no real nourishment to be found in the predictable effort.
